To process your order, we require the following:

2) Business address for delivery purposes
3) Business ABN number
4) Contact name and office phone number.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products sold by Irrigation and Plumbing Supplies are constantly used by our own commercial installation company in large quantities, consequently we have good knowledge of the quality and fitment of our product range.
All Pipe, PVC and Poly fittings are NON REFUNDABLE as they do NOT fail when installed correctly. It is your responsibility to order the correct items and correct quantities. We are happy to take your call for assistance during placing an order or return your email with additional information regarding any of our products. It is your responsibility to return any warranty item to us and our policy to deliver the replacement item to you.
Pumps are covered by manufacturers warranty and will be replaced in the event of failure. No warranty applies to pumps that have been overheated from pumping against a closed head or from loss of prime or have electrically failed due to no overload protection (When specified as a requirement by the pump manufacturer).
Controllers and Timers are covered by manufacturers warranty and will be replaced in the event of failure. No warranty applies to controllers that have been effected by power surge or water damage.
Sprinklers are covered by manufacturers warranty and will be replaced in the event of failure.
No warranty applies to sprinklers that have been physically damaged.
