PVC Pressure Tee Snap-On is a tee fitting that snaps onto an existing pipe line without the need to cut the pipe. The fitting is pushed onto the pipe, and has a socket for a branching line of PVC pressure pipe. Snap-on connections are only recommended in low-pressure systems. The branch section of the tee is blocked and needs to be drilled after installation to allow water through. This fitting is commonly used for repairs because it can snap over a small break in the pipe, and if the branch section hasn’t been drilled it will block the leak.
